CARE PACKAGES FOR SPOONIES POLICIES

Care packages for spoonies strives to be kind, giving and fair but we want to ensure we are doing all we can to keep your privacy and help you live a better life with multiple chronic illnesses . 

All our policies are subject to change at any time , changes will be changed on this page.

  1. At Care Packages For Spoonies we require documentation stating you're being treated for multiple chronic illnesses / all illnesses provided on the recipients application by a professional medical physician(s).From there the applicant is represented to the board and they have the right to decide if you're eligible to receive a package or not without explanation . 

  2. All documentation is seen by only approved board members and is not shared with any other party or any other company .

  3. No nominations are allowed unless made by a caretaker, guardian or family member.

  4. All recipients under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission and parent/guardian must be able to physically speak with one of our board members as well as present photo identification.

  5. You are responsible for adding all environmental and food allergies to your application , we are not liable for any skin reactions/allergic reactions to unknown or known but not represented on the recipients application.

  6. If you have received a care package from another care package company in the past three months you automatically do not qualify , we want as many in the community as possible to get a package at least twice a year even if not from our company.

  7. If  it's found out that any of our policies are broken you will be indefinitely  banned from applying for any care packages for spoonies program's.

  8. It is required that when applying you are able to cover a shipping fee of 10$ - 15$ immediately after applying , please check out donation page including our PayPal and Venmo link .

  9. We do not offer refunds on donations of any kind including shipping donations. It is your responsibility to first get a message from our offical Instagram or email stating your approved before sending in your shipping donation as we do not offer refunds if you are denied and send it in first.
